1. Review the information enclosed and then ask yourself the following:

• Are you willing to work hard within a proven system?
• Can you make a modest financial investment?
• Are you ready to own your own business and control your own destiny?

2. Print out, complete and return the Franchise Application Form.

3. Write down your questions to discuss with a Candy Express/Coco Moka Café representative.

4. Upon receiving and accepting your Franchise Application form, we will send you a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), the federally mandated document that explains our opportunity.

5. Call and speak with Candy Express/Coco Moka Café franchisees. Their telephone numbers and addresses are included in the FDD.

6. Sign Franchise Agreement and make investment.

7. Franchisor-assisted site selection and lease negotiations, store design and build out, store set up and management/staff training.

8. Grand opening of your Coco Moka Café franchise store.
